Roots
In Pogliola, where it all begins.
The family mill stands in Villanova Mondovì, in the province of Cuneo: an artisan mill working since 1880, carried on by three generations. Work here starts with the grain and the way it is milled, with the care of people who know the raw material before choosing it.
From the same place come the specialities that then travel: flours, oil, gluten-free baked goods, keto mixes. A precise territory, a horizon that does not stop at the provincial border.
